It's the summer of sport and BGSTR designed the newest Ralph Lauren 'World of Sports' promos to coincide with the many athletics-related campaigns the brand is producing this season.
Since 1967, Ralph Lauren has found inspiration in the sporting life, from the spirit of sportsmanship to the tradition of timeless spectator style.
BGSTR partnered with the brand to design a series of promos incorporating heritage Ralph Lauren references with past and current sport campaigns, including recent Ralph Lauren brand ambassador, Aaron Judge of the New York Yankees.
From Wimbledon to designing Team USA's outfits for the upcoming Olympics, Ralph Lauren has long embodied style and athleticism. We incorporated elements of motion from existing campaigns and then animated seamless transitions across sports, featured athletes and settings.
On and off the field, Ralph Lauren’s tradition of style pays tribute to the sophistication of sport. We infused each version of the motion with the same feel and worked closely with our music and sound design partner Bryan Senti to source the perfect soundtrack and audio elements. Ultimately we developed cutdowns and various runtime edits for our client’s use across social and digital platforms.
