UATL is a media brand from The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that explores the news, trends and events shaping Black culture in Atlanta. BGSTR designed a brand sizzle to bring to life the vision behind the brand and unite the uATL audience from Atlanta, to the Southeast and beyond.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution launched uATL to serve as the definitive source for Atlanta Black culture, so we wanted our design to capture the energy and experience of this community. Our design showcases a blend of bold typography and motion graphics highlighting the stories, videos, events, and experiences uATL features.

This brand sizzle centers Atlanta as the hub of modern Black culture and puts Atlanta’s Black experience into context through the lens of experienced journalists and contributors. Thank you to our clients for the opportunity.
