BGSTR is seeking a strong, experienced freelance design and animation post-production producer who can fulfill and energize the wide range of exciting projects in our pipeline. The producer functions as an extension of the company and is the main point of contact, they will be collaborating with internal and external teams to organize, supervise, and elevate the progression of their assigned projects. BGSTR Producers oversee and manage BGSTR’s production process, from client contact and bidding to scheduling and delivery.

Possessing a strong sense of urgency and positive energy, a BGSTR Producer demonstrates the ability to work successfully within a fast-paced and collaborative environment to deliver accurate and top quality work on schedule and in scope while building lasting relationships and communicating effectively.

This role requires a highly professional demeanor and diplomacy when dealing with clients, production management, coworkers, and artists. The Producer works closely with the creative directors and reports directly to the VP, Head of Production while actively providing support and structure for the production team.

We are looking for a superstar communicator with a high level of dedication, a collaborative spirit and problem-solving skills. Experience is required, we are looking for a candidate that is not only ready to bring their own best practices but is ready to learn the BGSTR way of doing things.

This is a full time “in house” position. Along with all other in-house team members, the producer will be required to be on-site 10AM - 7PM Monday through Thursday and has the option to work from home on Fridays.

BGSTR is seeking a talented and passionate Sr. Designer to join our team. The Sr. Designer will work alongside our design and creative leadership teams to develop a wide range of projects from initial pitch decks, to working in the pipeline to create assets for production. The ideal candidate is someone who is tapped into contemporary trends but also keeps an eye on the future and is invested in developing new mediums, styles, and techniques. As a creative problem solver, you will help develop stories through design across a broad spectrum of graphics initiatives, such as branding & identity, documentaries, show packages, promotional teasers, and advertising.

This is a full-time staff role with benefits and will require working onsite in our New York studio. Our office operates on a hybrid work model - work from home Fridays, in office Mondays - Thursdays.

Program Summary: BigStar Motion Design is seeking talented Design and Animation interns who are looking to further their skills and gain real-world experience in a professional environment. You'll be working closely with directors collaborating in a team from ideation to finish on a diverse range of projects for documentary film, advertising, in-show content, network branding, and more. The ideal candidate will engage and contribute to the entire process, have a sense of ownership, is motivated and eager to learn, and able to take direction as well as work in a team and individually.
